Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Apex Development website, dashboard, and Discord bots (together, the “Service”). By logging in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and comply with Discord's Terms of Service. You are responsible for the account you use to sign in.

2. The Service

Apex Development provides Discord bots and a web dashboard that lets server owners configure and manage those bots. You may only manage servers your Discord account owns or is authorized to manage.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting or overloading the Service, exploiting bugs, reverse-engineering, or using the Service to break Discord's rules or the law. Our Rules also apply.

4. Your content and settings

You are responsible for the settings, messages, and content you create with the Service (for example embeds, templates, and configuration). You must have the rights to any content you submit, and it must comply with these Terms and Discord's rules.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or our Rules, or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
